About our Management Staff:
We have been in the industry for over 18 years and have worked in all facets of Property Management from Investor Owned, Fee Management, REIT (real estate investment trusts), distressed and differed maintenance property.
We have grown property portfolios 8% year over year and 100% occupancy in a financially
debunked economy while citywide experiencing approximately a 15% vacancy rate. Through innovative marketing strategies and “out of the box” thinking.

We have not only real estate agents but an agent that has an Accredited Residential Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management that is an expert in all regions of Tucson.
