We believe in creating partnerships with our agents. That means being available to assist our agents in all aspects of their business including:

• Individual Business and Marketing Plans – We assist our agents in the development of personalized plans to ensure they can exceed their personal and financial goals.

• Transactional Assistance – Assistance in the nuances of a transaction are at times the most critical aspect of any deal. We provide assistance in contractual review, deal structure and negotiation for all of our agents.

• Marketing Assistance – In-house marketing staff are available to assist in the development and dissemination of agent specific marketing materials.

• Financial – We provide our agents with the knowledge and resources to manage their business. Our coaching includes financial management and tax services.
